Terms of Use — Attic

These terms govern your use of Attic, a home inventory app by Giovanna Hermes Tonello (Hermes Digital). By using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

The app

Attic lets you catalog what you own, track warranties, keep home records and generate reports. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Attic is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Not professional advice

Attic helps you organize records for your own use and for things like insurance claims or an accountant's review. It is not insurance, tax, legal or financial advice, and is not a tax calculator. Rules vary by country — consult a qualified professional for your situation.

Your data

Your content is stored on your device and in your private iCloud. You are responsible for maintaining your Apple ID and iCloud. See our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions (Attic Pro)

• Attic Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app for anything unlawful, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hermes Digital is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. The app is a record-keeping tool and does not replace your own backups or professional coverage.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Seu conteúdo fica no seu aparelho e no seu iCloud privado. Veja a Política de Privacidade.

Assinaturas (Attic Pro)

• Assinatura com renovação automática, cobrada pelo seu Apple ID.
• Se houver período grátis, a parte não usada é perdida ao assinar.
• Renova automaticamente, salvo cancelamento até 24h antes do fim do período.
• Gerencie ou cancele quando quiser nos Ajustes da App Store.

Limitação de responsabilidade

Na medida permitida por lei, a Hermes Digital não se responsabiliza por danos indiretos ou perda de dados. O app é ferramenta de registro e não substitui seus próprios backups ou cobertura profissional.
