Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Hueku ("the app", "we", "our") handles information when you use the app. Hueku is published by Hermes Digital (the "publisher") and is available on the Apple App Store.

We believe in collecting as little as possible. This policy is short because the app is simple: Hueku does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email, and does not store any of your data on our servers — because we don't have servers.

Information we do not collect

Hueku does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

Your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier
Your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera data
Your Apple ID, Game Center ID, or any account credentials
Health, biometric, or sensitive personal data
Your IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) — we do not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt and do not track you across apps or websites

Information stored locally on your device

The app stores the following data only on your device using the operating system's standard storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the app:

Your game progress (current puzzle state, mistakes, completion times)
Your personal best times and current streak per difficulty
Your preferences (theme, sound, haptics, language)

Advertising

Hueku displays optional rewarded video advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads only play when you actively tap a "Watch ad" button — for example, to restore a life after losing a puzzle. We never display interstitial or banner ads that appear without your explicit action.

Google AdMob may collect limited data to serve and measure ads, including:

Your device type, operating system version, and IP address (used by Google to detect fraud and serve region-appropriate ads)
An anonymous ad identifier provided by Apple's SKAdNetwork framework for ad attribution

Hueku is configured to request non-personalized ads only. We do not enable Google's personalized advertising features. For details about Google's ad data practices, see the Google Ads Privacy Policy.

Children

Hueku is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages, but it is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because Hueku does not collect personal information from anyone, no special parental consent flow is required. If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will confirm there is nothing to delete.

Analytics

Hueku does not use any third-party analytics services (no Firebase Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude, no custom event pipeline). The only network communication the app makes is to Google AdMob to load the optional rewarded ads described above.

Data sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. We do not have any data to share, because we do not collect data.

Your rights

Because Hueku does not collect or store any personal data on our side, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. To remove all locally-stored game data, simply uninstall the app from your device.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required by law, request your renewed consent inside the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
