📋 Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Real Estate License Exam Prep, developed by Hermes Digital ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using Real Estate License Exam Prep, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the app.

📱 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Real Estate License Exam Prep for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

💳 Subscriptions & Payments

Real Estate License Exam Prep offers auto-renewing subscriptions that provide access to premium features:

• Weekly: $5.99/week
• Monthly: $14.99/month

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

✅ Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Real Estate License Exam Prep to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's operation

⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties

Real Estate License Exam Prep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hermes Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Real Estate License Exam Prep, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

🚪 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Real Estate License Exam Prep at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the app at any time. To delete your account and associated data (if applicable), contact us at support@hermesdigital.app.

🌐 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Brazil, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

📝 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date above. Continued use of Real Estate License Exam Prep after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
