Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hush Imposter mobile application ("the app"), published by Hermes Digital (the "publisher"). By installing or using the app you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use the app.

The app

Hush Imposter is a local pass-the-phone party game for 3 to 24 players. The app generates a secret word, secretly assigns one player as the impostor, and helps the table discuss and vote on who they think the impostor is. The app is intended for entertainment only.

License

The publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the app except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

In-app purchases

The app offers an optional one-time purchase, Hush Imposter Pro, which removes ads and unlocks all category packs. Purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store's standard payment terms. Restoring a previous purchase on a new device is supported via the Settings screen.

All sales are final except as required by applicable consumer-protection law or Apple's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot process refunds on Apple's behalf.

Advertising

Free users see two kinds of ads: rewarded video ads (when you tap "Unlock" on a category) and short interstitial ads (between games on the final-ranking screen). Ad delivery is handled by Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data Google may collect.

User content

The only content you contribute is the player names you type into the setup screen and the names you give to saved player groups. This content is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us. You are responsible for the names you enter; do not enter names that infringe anyone's rights or are unlawful.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app:

• For any unlawful purpose, or to harass or harm other players;
• To attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or circumvent any technical limitation of the app;
• To resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, regardless of legal theory. Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid to Apple for the app and its in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the app. We may suspend or terminate your license to use the app if you materially breach these Terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the app from your device.

Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.
